Property of Univerzal Banka, Takovo Osiguranje, Sim Osiguranje, Jugobanka and Beobanka up for sale

The Deposit Insurance Agency, as the bankruptcy/liquidation manager of Univerzal Banka, Takovo Osiguranje, Sim Osiguranje, Jugobanka and Beobanka, has put up immovable property of these financial institutions up for sale through a public auction.

The sale includes 11 lots of Univerzal Banka, among which are two office buildings in Kragujevac, facilities and land of Hladnjaca Vrsac, an operating and distribution center in Uzice, business facilities in Nis, business premises in Vranje, a restaurant and three office buildings in Belgrade, as well as real estate in Majur. The starting prices of these facilities range from EUR 93,000 for real estate in Majur in the municipality of Ada to EUR 4.06 million for the two office buildings in Kragujevac.

Regarding the immovable property of Takovo Osiguranje, the items up for sale are outlets, apartments and office buildings in Kragujevac, as well as business premises in Svilajnac and Gornji Milanovac. The starting price of these items range from EUR 12,000 to EUR 1.6 million.

The bankruptcy manager has also put the real estate of Sim Osiguranje up for sale, namely, 11 apartments in an unfinished office and residential facility in the Skender Begova Street in Belgrade, with the total area of around 1,170 square meters, sold as a construction unit on the parcel publicly owned by the City of Belgrade with registered mortgage. The total starting price of this part of the property is EUR 1.07 million. The co-owned parts of the forest, farming land and grazing land in Prijepolje and cadaster parcels in Cacak are also being sold.

Also on sale are the business premises of Jugobanka in Belgrade (starting price at around EUR 258,000) and Novi Sad (starting price at around EUR 188,000).

The advertised immovable property of Beobanka consists of business premises in Belgrade and Zemun, two single-room apartments in Belgrade, as well as an office building and land in Mol, the municipality of Ada.

The public bidding has been scheduled for October 24, 2017, at the Deposit Insurance Agency in Belgrade, at 12 o'clock, whereas the deposit payment deadline is October 20.
