Export of Banat-based companies larger than import - the largest exporters are "Dijamant", "Begej" and FAM

- Companies from the territory of five municipalities in the region of Central Banat had realized export worth 52.3m EUR prior to the end of June, while import was worth approximately 48m EUR - Regional Chamber of Commerce in Zrenjanin announced.

The largest exporters and importers were Oil Industry "Dijamant", Shipyard "Begej" and factory of automobile parts FAM from Sečanj, of which majority owners are outside Serbia.

In the first half of this year, factories in the region of Central Banat mainly exported goods to Slovenia, Netherlands and Montenegro, while the goods were mainly imported from Slovenia, Netherlands and Itay.
