Two bids for "Heba" - "Roaming Electronics" from Belgrade and "Nectar" from Bačka Palanka interested in company from Bujanovac

Two bids have arrived on the tender for purchase of 70% of capital of Bujanovac-based water and juice production factory "Heba".

The Privatization Agency announced that the bids that met the tender terms had been submitted by companies "Roaming Electronics" from Belgrade and "Nectar" from Bačka Palanka.

According to the tender terms, all companies that dealt with water production in the last thre years and had the incomes of not less than 20m EUR in 2007 could participate in the privatization of "Heba".

The bids for that factory could have been submitted by the companies whose assets are worth 50m EUR and more and whose incomes in 2007 amounted to more than 30m EUR.

Total of 70% of capital of "Heba" will be privatized, 15% will be distributed in form of free stocks among the employees in the factory, while remaining 15% will enter the Privatization registry.
