Property of Beko clothing company under hammer again - Plant in Kovin and resort in Belanovica still has no buyer

Bankruptcy manager of the Belgrade clothing company Beko announced new sale of the company's property by public auction, and they are again in search for a buyer for office space in the center of Belgrade, a resort in Belanovica, a textile industry building in Kovin, and a small inventory, textiles and garments.

Prices of advertised property are lower compared to previous sale attempt so potential buyer will now have to allocate at least EUR 293,000 , for a resort in Belanovica - EUR 55,000, and for two office premises in the center of the capita comprising 660 and 1,097 m2 – EUR 3, 4m.

Public competition will take place September 26. Deadline for submitting applications for participation is September 19.

Let us remind that a part of the property of Belgrade's clothing company Beko – a building of textile industry in Lazarevac was bought by Turkish investor Birlesik tekstil, which is planning to start production by the end of 2017 and to hire 600 people in the first stage.
