Miele generates sales growth of 5,9% and hired more than 1000 workers

As stated at the announcement of Miele, financial growth was contributed by assembly devices and cleaners while crucial points from observed period include also investment of Italian specialist for medical technologies, Steelco, launch of Miele Venture Capital GmbH and creation of new business unit Smart Home. Miele now has some 19.500 people while during reporting period investment totaled EUR 225 m, it was added in the announcement.

Sales growth of devices within Miele product range is significantly higher than average in the past 10 years and for the third time now despite unfavorable terms which prevail at all important markets such as Russia, Turkey and Great Britain. Moreover, prices are under constant pressure in almost all relevant group pf products as well as at all markets.

Miele operates also in Serbia.
