Continental negotiating about premises in Novi Sad – Company registration in Serbia initiated

General manager of the German company Continental, Sasa Cioringa, said for RTV Vojvodina that the registration of the company in Serbia had begun in July, that the first employees had been selected and that negotiations about the premises in which the company was to move were in progress.

– The Continental R&D Center in Novi Sad will hire around 500 people in the next three years, under 200 a year, and will have two operating units, of which one will realize projects in charge of the interior department, whereas the other one will deal with safety – he explained.

Cioringa reminded that Continental was making top-quality electronic components for the car industry, such as dashboards, tachographs, electronics control devices and other devices, and the company, as he pointed out, will need top software and electronic engineers, who are plentiful in Novi Sad.
