Forge and Refinery, as well as Factory of sulfuric acid, parts of RTB Bor, to invest €2m in overhaul and increase in production of anode copper and sulfuric acid by 30%

Companies that are parts of Mining – Smeltery Basin «Bor», «Topionica i rafinerija» (Forge and Refinery) and «Fabrika sumporne kiseline» (Factory of sufuric Acid) will invest €2m in overhaul of key metallurgy units, which will encompass installation of equipment on smeltery boiler, gas system, anode furnace and convertor. The overhaul will start on August 15 and it will be carried out by workers of «Fabrika opreme i delova» (Factory of Equipment and Parts) from Bor, Belgrade-based «Minel», MIN from Niš, «Magnohrom» from Kraljevo and Maintenance Service of «Topionica». After the overhaul, it is expected that the production of anode copper and sulfuric acid will increase by some 30%.
