Today: contract on sale of "Ikarbus"
As agency Beta finds out, the contract on privatization of Belgrade-based manufacturer "Ikarbus" will be signed today. Beta's source did not have the information on how much the only the bidder on the tender, Russian "Avtodetal service", offered for "Ikarbus", but he said that the company from Russian city of Uljanovsk had accepted both investment and social program.
Total of 39.22% of "Ikarbus", that is, 149,624 stocks owned by the Share Fund and Pension and Disability Insurance Fund, was offered for sale. Nominal value of the stock is 600 RSD, while total value is 89.8m RSD.
The price of stock of "Ikarbus" on the STock Exchange amounts to 4,500 RSD and, according to the data provided by the Belgrade STock Exchange, market value of "Ikarbus" is 1.72 billion RSD, that is, 22.14m EUR. The bidder was obliged to offer the price for all stocks of "Ikarbus" on the tender announced in December 2007 because, after the contract is signed, minor stockholder will be invited to sell their stocks.
According to the data of the CEntral Securities REgistry, group SEE Capital has the share of 8.2% in "Ikarbus", "Delta Generali" insurance company owns 5.9%, while other stockholders have less than 4% of stocks each.
