"Lafarge" became owner of 99,3% of Beocin based cement factory - French company took over another 14,97% more shares

French company "Lafarge" took over another 14,97% shares of Cement factory in Beocin, it was announced by the Marketing Director of the factory, Snezana Petrovic.

"Lafarge", with head office in Paris, has bought 75.589 shares of Beocin factory, already being its majority owner, for the price of 15.600 RSD per share.

After finalization of the offer, "Lafarge" now owns 501.129 shares, which is 99,30% of the ownership of Cement factory.
