Two more Harry Potter books to arrive

Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone appeared in bookstores 20 years ago, starting a phenomenally successful franchise, which now includes nine movies, several books and a theater play.

On the occasion of this anniversary, Bloomsbury will publish two new books this October, Harry Potter: A History of Magic and Harry Potter: A Journey through the History of Magic.

The former will provide insight into the subjects studied at the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, while the latter will provide details about the history of magic, from alchemy and ancient witchcraft to Hogwarts.

Bloomsbury will also organize an exhibit, which will last until February 2018, presenting the history of magic.
