THE SECOND TENDER FOR SALE OF "SLOGA" VLADICIN HAN WAS UNSUCCESSFUL

For buying the amount of 70% of the capital of the wood industry "Sloga" from Vladicin Han, nor any offer has arrived and the published tender is proclaimed unsuccessful, stated the Agency for Privatization.

THe tender documents have been bought by two companies, "Minna Kompania" from Bulgaria and "Rand" from Slovenia, but they did not submitted the obligatory form of offer.

It was the second try for the sale of the company "Sloga" that is a producer of school and office materials with 200 employees.

During the first published tender the company have been sold to Mr. Mike Muller from USA for 50.000 euros, but the contract has been canceled, because the new owner has not fulfilled the contract obligations.
