Alex Chi Fashion to open stores in Novi Sad and Belgrade – Local textile brand penetrating Europe as well

Alex Chi Fashion will open a store selling bathing suits, sports clothes and other textile goods produced in Novi Sad on Wednesday, July 19, 2017, in that city.

After several years of experience in America and Italy, the owner and the man behind the concept of Alex Chi Fashion, Aleksandar Kosovac, wanted to create his own brand and opened a factory, in which a hundred employees, mostly women, have been working for nine months now. Kosovac explains that Alex Chi Fashion is an export-oriented company, which makes clothes in line with the EU standards.

– Our products are already being sold. We cooperate with Italian stylists and we learned how to sew from them. All the materials used in our program are natural. Everything is 95% cotton with a minimum of elastin, which sets us apart from the global brands which use recycled harmful materials. All the materials are certified, the inspection tests each of our products. We have a fitness program. Around 90% of our products are meant for women – Kosovac explains.

He adds that whoever wants to create a brand should start locally, as he has done in Novi Sad. His next destination is Belgrade, where he will open another store this autumn.

Kosovac notes that he is looking to position the Alex Chi Fashion brand in the local and the foreign market, though modern design, quality materials and a wide range of products which meet the requirements of even the most demanding customers.
