The Serbian Railways company has placed a public invitation for a fair evaluation of the market value of the real estate it owned on the date of December 31, 2016.

The list includes a total of 286 pieces of real estate, namely, outlets, warehouses, stores, facilities, head office buildings, hotels garage facilities etc. in several cities and towns across Serbia – Belgrade, Nis, Leskovac, Bor, Zajecar, Banja Koviljaca, Vranjska Banja, Sremska Mitrovica, Ruma, Kraljevo, Lapovo, Vrnjacka Banja, Novi Sad, Subotica, Sombor, Zrenjanin, Cacak...

Among the more attractive pieces of property in the capital of Serbia are the Beograd hotel in the Nemanjina Street, outlets in the Cvijiceva St, Krunska St, Njegoseva St...


Furthermore, the list also includes the Zeleznicar hotel in Vranjska Banja, and the Chinese Betec Resources has shown interest in this hotel.

In Banja Koviljaca, the property to be evaluated includes the Milinka mansion, the Banja Koviljaca hotel restaurant...

Bids may be submitted by July 19, 2017, and the decision on the awarding of the contract will be reached by the end of July.
