Deloitte to be adviser in PKB privatization

Deloitte will be the adviser in the privatization of Poljoprivredni Kombinat Beograda (PKB), the General Meeting of PKB decided, as Blic learns at the Ministry of Economy. The company was the only one to apply to the public invitation.

As the Ministry of Economy said for Blic, the Deloitte bid was also adopted by the commission for collection of bids for privatization adviser for PKB.

– The Ministry of Economy will propose the optimal way of privatization, taking into consideration the estimated value, the strategic importance of the company, as well as the expression of interest by investors, and the public invitation is to follow – the ministry says.

Letters of interest were sent by Matijevic and MK Group from Serbia, Al Dahra from the UAE, two companies from Great Britain, one from China and one from Singapore, as well as a businessman from Kovin.
