Third auction sale of Lešnica-based brickworks on September 5

- The third auction sale of company "Prvi Maj" from Lešnica near Loznica will be held on September 5, and the starting price of that company will be 35.2m RSD - Privatization Agency announced.

The applications for participation in the auction can be submitted prior to August 28. The estimated value of the company’s capital is 220.2m RSD, and the obligatory minimum of investments should be 13.1m RSD.

Previous two unsuccessful auctions for sale of "Prvi Maj" were organized on May 16 and July 11, 2008. That company, of which main field of work is production of bricks and clay tiles, has 17 workers. Privatization of "Prvi Maj" started in 2003 and it lasted for so long due to unresolved ownership-legal relations.
