Agri-pellet plant in Doroslovo seeking buyer again

The bankruptcy supervisor of Bridge Power Investments from Novi Sad has advertised the third sale of the company as a legal entity, through a public collection of bids.

The property consists of an agri-pellet plant in Doroslovo, Municipality of Sombor, and the land it was built on.

– No one bough the sales documentation at the first two public invitation, but there were people coming to view the property. We have modified the offer now, and the property no longer includes the agricultural mechanization, which will be advertised at a special public invitation in a few days. I hope that there will be interested parties this time – Ivan Petrovic, the bankruptcy supervisor, says for eKapija.

The estimated value of the property of the legal entity Bridge Power Investments now amounts to around RSD 347 million (EUR 1.5 million), and the minimum acceptable price equals RSD 173.995 million.

The public bidding will take place on August 7, 2017, at 3 p.m. in Novi Sad.

Let us remind that the agri-pellet plant in Doroslovo opened in April 2013. It is estimated that EUR 12.5 million was invested in it at the time.

The bankruptcy proceedings in Bridge Power Investments were initiated in December 2015.
