Extension of deadline on tender for Tobacco Industry "Bujanovac" - new deadline is August 20th
Privatization Agency has extended the
deadline for submission of bids on the tender for sale of 57.7% of capital of Tobacco Industry "Bujanovac" prior to August
20th.
The tender was announced on April 23, and the initial deadline for
submission of bids was July 11th.
According to the data from the Public
invitation, the package of 19,590 stocks whose nominal value is 2,400 RSD per
stock is offered for sale.
Of total package of stocks that is offered for sale,
the Share Fund owns 47.7% of capital, while the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund
owns 10%, which makes total of 57.7% of capital of that tobacco industry. The
share of minor stockholders who own less than 0.3% each amounts to 42.3%.
According to the data provided by the Business Registry Agency, Tobacco Industry "Bujanovac" ended last year with the profit in amount of 272,000 RSD based on 133.4m RSD worth of business incomes.
This factory annually produces 100 tons of
small-leaf tobacco "jaka", which means that it uses only 10% of
capacities.
The factory owns 50,072 square meters of land and building
facilities at 20,537 square meters.
The price of stocks on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 11,453 RSD and they have not been the subject of the trading over the past year. Total of 33,930 stocks have been issued.
