Direktna Banka and Findomestic officially consolidated

Direktna Banka a.d. Kragujevac has secured a better position within the banking market of Serbia, as well as the expansion and strengthening of its network, following this year's purchase of Findomestic.

As stated in the bank's press release, the new, consolidated bank has more than 400 employees and twice as many branch offices in its network beginning with July 3, which will enable an increase in the scope and the quality of products and services offered by Direktna Banka to its clients.

The successfully completed transaction is a part of Direktna Banka's plans for expanding its operations, aiming to position itself as the leading bank for servicing small and medium enterprises, as well as natural persons in the country, the press release says.

Direktna Banka was formed in Serbia in early 2016 through the purchase of the Kragujevac-based KBM Bank by Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor (NKBM) and has been successfully developing its operation throughout Serbia since. It consists of three Regional Centers: Kragujevac, for Central, Eastern and Southern Serbia, Belgrade, for the territory of Belgrade, and Novi Sad, for Vojvodina.
