NKBM looking for buyer for former Retail Center Merkur – Expressions of interest to be submitted by July 17

Nova Kreditna Banka Maribor (NKBM), as the sole owner of the Retail Center Bezanijska Kosa, has invited potential purchasers to submit expressions of interest for the purchase of the facility.

The retail center, which was called Retail Center Merkur until 2016, is located at 2 Partizanske Avijacije Street in Belgrade and consists of the retail center building with around 10,000 square meters, an underground garage of 1,887 m2 and the land of 12,708 m2, of which 7,211 beneath the building and 5,497 m2 around it.

The aim of NKBM is to identify potential purchasers ready to offer the highest price on minimum acceptable terms.

Expressions of interest are to be submitted to Alba Partners, which acts as the adviser to NKBM in the process, by email, as well as in written form, by July 17, 2017, at 12 o'clock.

The Retail Center Bezanijska Kosa was built in 2005. It operated as Retail Center Merkur Bezanijska Kosa until 2016, whereas NKBM took over the ownership in 2017.
