EUR 13 million to be invested in construction of Panorama Vozdovac

Following the Stepa Stepanovic and Vozdove Kapije settlements, Vozdovac stands to get another residential block. The company Alpros has begun carrying out preparations for the construction of the residential-office complex Panorama Vozdovac, with the gross area of 24,108 m2, in which, as eKapija learns, EUR 13 million will be invested.

The complex will be located in Trosarina, on the corner of the Vojvode Stepe Street and the Kruzni Put Vozdovacki Street, a part of Vozdovac which, according to the investors, is to be fully revived. The construction will be carried out in stages, and the first residents will move in as early as 2018.

As West Properties, the company in charge of selling the apartments, says for eKapija, the entire complex should be completed in two years at the most.

– The construction of the complex will be carried out in three stages. The first one entails the construction of an underground level beneath the entirety of the plot area and of the first two units. The completion deadline for this is September 2018, whereas the entire complex should be completed in September 2019.

Panorama Vozdovac will have four units with 6 retail stores on the ground floor with a commercial purpose, whereas the 187 new apartments will range from 27 to 95 m2. For those looking for apartments of 100 m2 or above, there's an option of merging two smaller apartments.

Beginning with the second half of July, a sales salon will open for interested purchasers on the location itself, where all the necessary information and samples of the interior will be available.

In addition to residential space, designed, as they say, to fit all generations and lifestyles, the complex will feature a three-tier underground garage, as well as a new sales and service center for Skoda, of which Alpros is an authorized dealer. A small green park, meant for the youngest residents, will be built between the units.

ZOP Inzenjering is the general contractor, and the project is financed with support by ProCredit Bank.
