Company "Algotech" to install modern "Avaya" IP telephone system in Pirot-based "Tigar"
"Algotech" will
install up-to-date "Avaya" IP telephone system in corporation "Tigar", which will simplify and accelerate
communications at the level of the whole corporation, both in country and
abroad.
Pirot-based "Tigar" is building new units for production of rubber
footwear and rubber-technical goods, products of recycled rubber, power and
infrastructural capacities, as well as other accompanying facilities. Also,
within the scope of this project, modernization of IT and telecommunications
system has also been started.
"Algotech", the first regional provider of solutions
for call centers, will implement the new communications system in two phases.
Communication at the level of all business units in Pirot will be will be
provided in the first phase of the project, while the second phase will see
enabling of communication at the level of the corporation in the country and
abroad.
The basic goal of this project is to provide modern, high-quality and financially favorable communication to the employees. For that purpose, 300 IP phones of new generation will be installed, and part of the employees will get wireless phones that will be functioning through the system of internal base stations. The use of IP technology will enable installation of phones in any office, as well as installation of IP DECT internal base stations in the premises of "Tigar" corporation.
All employees will have their voice mail system integrated with electronic mail, so that they will be able to listen to the voice messages at work, at home or when abroad. All employees will also be able to send and receive facsimiles by using their computers.
