Tender for the construction of a big tourist complex on Ada Bojana, the value of which is 500 million euros, will be announced in fall 2005. The working group, in cooperation with the German GTZ and DEG, created all the necessary preconditions for the construction of the complex from the sphere of spatial planning and cadastre. At the forthcoming tender for the construction of the big tourist complex on Ada, only big companies and consortiums can take part.
