Meeting of local companies with CERN representatives

On Monday, June 19, at the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, a meeting of local companies with representatives of the European Organization for Nuclear Research (CERN) will be held where possibilities of cooperation of Serbian companies with this organization will be considered. Event will be opened by Zoran Vujovic, Vice President of SCC and Kristof Schaefer, advisor for international cooperation of CERN.

During a one-day meeting, scientific activities at CERN, as well as new engineering projects will be presented.Representatives of the Group for procurement and industrial services and the Group for transfer of knowledge CERN will speak about current and planned activities on accelerator construction. They will also consider current and possible future participation of local companies in delivery of goods and provision of services to CERN, including works which comprise design and advanced technologies development.Main interlocutors of CERN for potential business cooperation are companies from the Group for accelerator technology SCC which was recently been set up within the Association for metal, electrical industry, mines of metals and metallurgy SCC.
