Home Interpoint starts construction of complex "36" in Zrenjanin - Works to end in late 2018 (PHOTO)
The complex is under construction on an area of 1.180m2, and net area is 4.812 sqm. Two outlets occupy 750 sqm while 3.548 sqm was planned for flats. Number of floors of the future facility is P+4+PS with flats of different structures – from one-room flat of 27,7m2 to five-rooms flats on 105 sqm.
Parking, on 102 parking places will be free of charge.
As the company stated for eKapija "it is the most favorable price of flats in Zrenjanin, which is 750 per square meter including VAT, for smaller apartments, and 700 euros for larger flats."
- There is always a possibility of an agreement with the investor, as well as the possibility of buying on loan. These are certainly the reasons for any future buyer to opt for buying a flat in our facility. It is understood that buyers who meet legal requirement are entitled to VAT return, Home Interpoint outline.
They also add that "the facility is located in the most beautiful part of Bagljas. Parking for each flat is also provided. Green environment with a park, playground for children, schools and market in the vicinity provide unique conditions in Zrenjanin for a comfortable, nice and quiet life."
The building is currently in the stage of building concrete frame which will be completed by October 1 this year, and the works completion is planned for the end of the 2018.
HAVE A LOOK AT FUTURE "36" FACILITY
The construction is carried out in line with the latest standards including "green construction" concept with natural materials, high energy efficiency and heat pump with air conditioning system of 5th generation.
When it comes to buyers, GM at Home Interpoint, Mladen Pavlovski, says for eKapija that they target different customers’ profiles – young married couples, through diaspora, to buyers who are planning to rent and others.
The interest,
as he says, exceeds expectations. So far, they sold 39 flats, 5 of which though
a loan.
- Having
in mind huge interest in our flats, we are in the final negotiation stage for another
location nearby. There should be a facility with 60 flats for which our design
bureau is making a preliminary design - Pavlovski adds and says it is a
facility with identical number of floors but with less developed gross area.
So far, Home Interpoint has made 22 residential-office facilities with more than - 1.000 flats in Novi Sad, Zrenjanin and Belgrade. Apart from that, it delivered also more than 1.200 projects for local and foreign investors. Also, as complete "project management" company, it participated in construction and design of all kinds of facilities in the country and abroad, from bio gas plants, schools, hospitals, sports-office centres to residential -office facilities in Serbia, Austria, Romania, Bosnia, etc.
When it comes to the next period, Pavlovski says they are currently focused on micro localities where they are building while next year they are planning locations in Zrenjanin and Novi Sad.
