Milos Teodosic is building a hotel with 80 rooms at Divcibare - Complex over until 2020

Camp Breza Divcibare was sold to Sport agent whose owners are Jovan and Milos Teodosic, Deputy Mayor of Valjevo, Dragan Jeremić says, adding that "Divčibare now has a real chance to revive."- Sale of Breza Camp in Divcibare has lasted for almost three years and it was practically started with negotiations with HTD Vujic at Divcibare.These negotiations have failed. The Vujic company has not found it necessary to accept the offer of Milos Teodosic to be a base for his camp. Teodosic thendecided to seize the opportunity offered at Silver Lake and invested there – Jeremicsays, VaMedia reports.

He explains that according to regulation plan, construction was not even possible at Divcibare. According to him, after the city started change of the regulation plan and new plan fully changed the appearance of Divcibare, putting the city lots in function and opening up new possibilities for arranging this mountain.

As it could be seen from the draft of the contract, on the site of current Breza camp, a hotel will be built with a minimum of 80 rooms with necessary facilities, conference hall, fitness center, pool, restaurant, kitchen, cafe, shop, and economic and program facilities.

Next to the hotel, a new buyer would take over responsibility for the construction of indoor sports hall with extra facilities in the basement, such as a clinic, locker rooms and sanitary facilities. In addition to the existing hall, a buyer will be obliged to build internal road with parking space of at least 37 places, and outdoor sports facilities for football, basketball, volleyball and handball.

According to the Alo, the contract stipulates that work on the construction of the complex should be completed in 2020.
