Hotel with 41 beds on the soccer stadium in Pljevlja soon - 0,5 million EUR

The city authorities of Pljevlja announced they would soon offer a tender for the best performer of works concerning the reconstruction of the stadium, which would be transformed into a tourist object of around 1300 m2. The construction of the stadium started 20 years ago and up to the present day it did not have an adequate use, nor was it completely finished. By this construction, a hotel with 41 beds in 20 rooms will be built, and the very cost of the investment is around 0.5 million euros, which will be deducted from the city budget.

The city stadium near the grass soccer pitch has open pitches for small soccer also, basketball and volleyball, additional pitch for regular soccer, and soon a pitch for small soccer will be placed there with artificial grass. (review)
