"Prvi maj" from Lešnica for sale on July 11

Privatization Agency has scheduled the second auction for sale of company "Prvi maj" from Lešnica at starting price of 34.5m RSD for July 11th.

All interested buyers can submit applications for participation in the auction prior to July 3rd.

Estimated value of the capital offered for sale is 215.9m RSD, and the new owner is obliged to invest minimum 12.8m RSD in the company.

The first unsuccessful auction for sale of this company was held on May 16, 2008. This company, of which basic field of work is production of bricks and clay tiles, has 17 employees.

Privatization process was commenced in that company on May 31, 2003, but privatization has been postponed until now because of the unresolved ownership-legal relations.
