Bankruptcy proceedings initiated in Zastava Vozila Group – First creditors’ hearing on June 19

By the decision of the Commercial Court of Kragujevac, the bankruptcy proceedings were initiated in the Zastava Vozila Group, and the first creditors’ hearing, where obligations towards the creditors are to be finally defined, is scheduled for June 19.

The bankruptcy proceedings were initiated in the Zastava Vozila Group holding only, as the umbrella organization of the company, and do not pertain to other units of Zastava Vozila, among which are Zastava Kamioni, Zastava INPRO and other companies.

The initiation of bankruptcy proceedings was stopped last year by the Ministry of Defense by the decision to have it absorbed within the local military industry, whereas Zastava INPRO is waiting for the adoption of the PPRP, which envisages the continuation of the production of towed vehicles.
