Zelvoz up for sale again – Value estimated at around RSD 1.15 billion, bid submission deadline May 16

The bankruptcy supervisor of Zelvoz Smederevo has once again put the legal entity up for sale though a direct agreement with collection of written bids.

The most important pieces of property of the bankruptcy debtor consist of real estate in the Smederevo factory complex, with the total area of 95,594.55 m2, rail car repair facility and equipment, stocks in companies Zelvoz-Ugostiteljstvo i Turizam, Zelvoz-Zastitna Radionica, Sportsko Drustvo Zeleznicar, Railway Engineering and Industrial School in Smederevo...

The debtor’s property has been estimated at around RSD 1.15 billion.

The sale is to be conducted through the method of direct agreement, whereby interested parties are to send bids to the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency. The bid submission deadline is May 16, 2017, at 10:45 am, whereas the public sale is to be held on the same date, at 11 am.
