Commencement of realization of project for introduction of gas into south part of Municipality of Pančevo - investment worth 2.5m EUR

Concrete works on realization of project for introduction of gas into southern part of Municipality of Pančevo commenced last week.

Namely, following the signing of the contract in mid-2007, "Telefonija" from Belgrade, as the investor and contractor, finished drawing of plans for gas supply network, collected all necessary permits and, in the end, opened the building site.

In the presence of larger number of the citizens and activists of local community "Starčevo", the building site was formally opened by Dragan Kilibarda, the Executive Manager of the Network Sector of "Telefonija", and Petar Andrejić, a member of the Council of local community and representative in the Parliament of AP Vojvodina.

Projected investment in gas supply network in this place with about 2,000 households amounts to about 2.5m EUR and it will be realized during the summer months.
