Zastava kovacnica under hammer - Initial price for Kragujevac-based plant totals EUR 3,4 m

The most important property of Kragujevac-based company consists of immovable and movable property, equipment and tools for production and trade of forgings, as well as inventories of raw materials, semi-finished and finished products.

Total estimated market value at December 31, 2016 was RSD 848.959.000 (EUR 6.875.705,72), while initial price at the first tender is 50% of the amount i.e. RSD 424.479.500 (EUR 3.437.852,86).

Public call was scheduled for April 24, 2017 12 at the premises of debtor in Kragujevac.

We remind that in June last year, tender for sale of the company was cancelled and tender documentation was then bought by three companies in the same industry - one from Serbia, the other from the Czech Republic and the third from Bosnia and Herzegovina.
