Construction of cement factory in Pljevlja still on ?

General project and Preliminary justification study on construction of Cement factory have been represented in the Pljevlja Coal Mine, so that, after two decades, the construction of Cement factory is again becoming the point of interest. The factory would produce 1.5 million tons of cement in the first phase.

Projected deadline for construction is 3 years. The first phase would cost €203m. Construction of Cement factory would be financed from the credit of European Bank - 50%, commercial credits -45% and from their own means - 5%.

General project and Preliminary justification study on construction were designed by "Mašinoprojekt-Kopring".
