Only one offer for privatization of "Janko Lisjak"

For the tender for privatization of a Holding system "Janko Lisjak" only one offer arrived from consortium of three Belgrade based companies - "Steelsoft", "Napred" and "IDS", it was announced today (May, 12th, 2008), by the Agency for privatization.

Tender comission determined on the session, held on May, 9th, that the bidder fulfills qualification conditions, which was precondition for openning the offer.

Official results of the tender for sale of 70% of registered social capital of "Janko Lisjak" holding system will be published after the second session of the tender commission which will be held after finalization of offer evaluation procedure.
