Metalac general meeting on April 28 – Company to pay RSD 163.2 million in dividends

The Supervisory Board of Metalac from Gornji Milanovac has scheduled the annual general meeting for April 28, and the dividend date is April 18, 2017.

This pertains to shareholders or authorized persons in possession of at least 2,000 shares on this date.

The management of Metalac proposed that the gross amount of RSD 163.2 million of RSD 258.5 million available from the parent company’s 2016 profit be paid to the shareholders in dividends, i.e. gross RSD 80 per share.

The proposed dividend amount is higher by 3.2% compared to the last year’s, and the gross yield at the current market price of RSD 1,760 is 4.5%.

Metalac was one of the biggest gainers at the Belgrade Stock Exchange last year, with a jump of 37.6% in shares traded, Wisebroker reports.
