Fourth attempt at sale of AHA Mura Prvi Maj – Starting price RSD 252.4 million

As announced, the administrative receiver of AHA Mura Prvi Maj has once again opened the sale of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity through public bidding, as there were no interested purchasers the previous time.

The starting price has been reduced and amounts to RSD 252.4 million, and the public bidding has been scheduled for March 27, 2017, at 12 o'clock, in the premises of the administrative receiver in Nis.

This is the fourth attempt at the sale of the factory, which has been in bankruptcy since June 25, 2015.

The administrative receiver, Miroljub Dimitrijevic, stated that the company had several decades of tradition in producing clothing and that it had maintained the equipment and the infrastructure. He said that the activities could be continued at the factory immediately, as well as that there were young and educated unemployed people in Pirot who could start working right away.
