Following the trading of 3.4% of Energoprojekt Holding shares in the last days of January, an additional 2.3% of the company’s shares changed hands on February 2.

On the sell side, there are the third and the fourth largest shareholders of the company, Dunav Penison Fund and Sweden’s investment fund East Capital. For now, it is certain that the first transaction on the buy side features the Erste Bank custody account, as shown by the Central Securities Depository data.

The first transaction, already registered at CSD, was realized at RSD 1,300 per share, whereas East Capital sold its shares at RSD 1,290, Wisebroker reports.

Energoprojekt’s biggest shareholder is the state of Serbia, with a 33.6% stake, followed by Napred Razvoj, with a 22.5% stake. In July 2016, on the occasion of the company’s anniversary, Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic emphasized that “the state has no intention of selling its stake in Energorpojekt”.
