"Elektroporcelan" again on tender - deadline for submission of final obligatory bids is June 27

After the first unsuccessful tender for Stock Company "Elektroporcelan", which attracted no bidders, Privatization Agency has announced a new public invitation for sale of 100% of public capital in this company.

- All bidders who deal with production of ceramic insulators or insulation tools for at least 3 last years and whose income in 2007 amounted to minimum 3m EUR can apply for participation in the tender - says Radiša Stojanović, President of Assembly of "Elektroporcelan". This company expects to get applications from financial investors with business assets larger than 15m EUR or investors whose business income in 2007 was larger than 5m EUR.

All interested can submitt written request for procurement of tender documentation prior to May 30th.

Deadline for submission of final obligatory bids is June 27th.
