Companies "Crveni signal", "PTT ugostiteljstvo", "Vemix", "Pron-invest" and "Fagrem" sold for 840m RSD
At today's (April 11, 2008) public auction, which was organized by the Privatization Agency, five public companies were sold for total of 840m RSD.
Driving school "Crveni signal" from Kruševac, of which starting price was 63,000 RSD, was sold for 3.5m RSD to Dragiša Đorđević from Kruševac. This company has debts amounting to about 2.5m RSD.

from Novi Sad bought "PTT ugostiteljstvo" from Belgrade for 820m RSD, while the starting price was 316.2m RSD and the debt amounted to about 89.4m RSD.
"PTT ugostiteljstvo"owns hotel "Srebrnac"
on Kopaonik and hotel "Zelenkada" on Zlatibor, restaurant "Rujno"
and "Serdarev konak" on Zlatibor and villa "Poštanski dom" in Vrnjačka Banja.
Company "Vemix" from Belgrade, which was estimated to only 25,000 RSD, with the debts amounting to 1.2m RSD, was sold to Petar Glumac from Ruma for 210,000 RSD.
Companies "Pron-invest" from Belgrade and "Fagrem" from Donji Adrovac were sold at their starting prices - 7.5m RSD and 1.843m RSD, to Radoslav Petrović from Belgrade and Jadranka Isailović from Aleksinac.
"Pron-invest" has debts in amount of nearly 111m RSD, and "Fagrem's" debts amount to 20.9m RSD.
