Looking for renter of property of Livnica of Fabrika Vagona Kraljevo

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has put movable and immovable property of Livnica of Fabrika Vagona Kraljevo up for rent.

The property includes the metalworking facility – Livnica – with 5,264 m2 of area, a substation, a water cooling device, a locksmith and electrical workshop, a crusher, as well as the entirety of the equipment and tools of the bankruptcy owner. The future renter obliges to secure connections to water and electrical networks at their own expense.

As the documentation states, all the property is meant for carrying out registered activities of the bankruptcy owner – iron casting – and the minimum acceptable monthly rent bid is RSD 300,000.

The fixed-term contract signed is to be valid until the property offered for rent is sold.

The final deadline for the submission of bids is February 1, and the public opening of bids will take place on the same date.
