Užice-based "Raketa" on Belgrade Stock Exchange on April 22 - package of 58.18% of stocks on auction

The Share Fund of Serbia announced that the package of 58.18% of stocks of Užice-based transportation company "Raketa" would be offered for sale on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on April 22 at the starting price of 8m RSD (about 100,000 EUR).

Total of 161,115 stocks, which became the property of the Share Fund after the privatization of Užice's transportation company was cancelled, would be offered on the auction. Minimum price will be 50 RSD per stock and, prior to April 17, all interested participants in the auction must provide guarantee that they have enough money to buy all offered stocks of "Raketa".
