"Tigar Holding" realized income in amount of 711m RSD in 2007 - stockholders got profit worth 49m RSD

Company "Tigar" realized total income in 2007 in amount of 711m RSD and profit worth 49m RSD, which will be paid to the stockholders as dividends.

Total income according to the consolidated result for year 2007, which includes overall results of the companies owned by "Tigar", without "Tigar Tyres", amounts to 4.8 billion RSD or approximately 55m EUR, whereas the consolidated gross profit is at the level of about 3m EUR. This was announced at the second regular meeting of the Administrative Board of "Tigar a.d.".

The report of the audit company will be issued and published in April. Also, innovated variant of the mid-term plan prior to year 2010 has been adopted at the meeting.

The Administrative Board of "Tigar" has made conclusions regarding payment of extra-dividends, further activities with foreign partners in field of footwear and technical rubber with recycling, forming of joint venture with FC Crvena Zvezda, as well as regarding the renaming of hotel "Planinarski dom" into hotel "Stara Planina".
