Sale of Ziper's property worth around RSD 1.8 billion – Business center, mega discount store, real estate, meat packing industry equipment among items offered

The administrative receiver of the bankruptcy owner Ziper d.o.o. from Novi Sad has called the ninth sale of the company's property through a public collection of bids.

On sale is movable and immovable property made up of 10 items in Novi Sad, Sombor, Kikinda, Subotica and Zrenjanin. The estimated value of the items ranges from RSD 173,448 to RSD 718,571,128, and the total value has been estimated at around RSD 1.8 billion.

The items offered include a business center in Novi Sad (under construction), a mega discount store in Kikinda, real estate in Subotica, mega discount store equipment, a banquet hall, a market, equipment for the meat packing industry...

The public opening of bids will take place in Novi Sad on January 16, 2017, after the expiration of the bid submission deadline.
