Hellenic Sugar releases tender for sale of two sugar plants in Serbia soon - Minimal price is EUR 25 m

Management of Greek company Hellenic Sugar Industry has announced for the end of November an international tender for sale of two sugar refineries in Serbia, Zabalj and Crvenka. The minimum price at which the two sugar factories in Serbia would be sold is EUR 25 m, the company representatives said.According to the Greek press, the President of the company Christos Rosios said the decision was made because large investors are interested in buying these sugar mills.The interest in the purchase of the two sugar refineries was earlier showed by Sunoko, which is a part of MK Group in Serbia and is the largest producer of sugar.
