The highest price for "Optika" is offered by the Veterinarian Institute Zemun, while the smallest bid is the one submitted by Filip Zepter and it amounts to 800,000 EUR.

Veterinarian Institute Zemun, which is owned by textile company "Zekstra", has offered 7m EUR for 59.9% of company "Optika". It is followed by the bid of "Grossoptic" in amount of 5.5m EUR, while the consortium of "Lilly Drogerie" and company "Fins Trade" is willing to pay 5.2m EUR.

Company "Home Art & Sales Services", owned by Filip Zepter, gave the lowest offer - 800,000 EUR, and higher prices are offered by Subotica-based "Fidelinka" (4.3m EUR) and Italian "Salmoiraghi & Vigano" (3.6m EUR).

Veterinarian Institute Zemun offers 200 EUR per stock of "Optike", of which current price on the Belgrade Stock Exchange is 7,500 RSD (89 EUR). The accounting value of stocks of "Optika" is 4,621 per stock.


Company for production and trading "Optika" owns 63 outlets of total surface of 21,000 square meters, 33 of which are settled in Belgrade, and one of them is at the beginning of the main pedestrian zone, in Knez Mihalova Street, at 66 square meters.
