Schlaf group to finish procurement of BK trade this week

This week, the consortium made of Austrian investors gathered around businessman Martina Schlaf will sign the contract on purchase of share of Bogoljub Karić in Mobtel, Austrian daily newspaper Prese writes. Two days ago, Schlaf, Taus and Cort sold Bulgarian MOBILTEL for €1.6 billion to Austrian mobile telephony operator Mobilkom, which intends to purchase the rest of the share in Mobtel from the Government of Serbia until the end of the year, which is conditioned by finishing of the "dispute" between the Karićs and Serbian Government about ownership structure, which will be discussed at the International Court of Arbitration in December 2005.
