Tigar Pirot selling companies not necessary for core activities

Pirot-based Tigar has put property not necessary for their core activities up on sale, as stated in the ad.

On sale are Tigar business service at the starting price of EUR 1.5 million, Tigar Ugostiteljstvo at the price of EUR 1.7 million and Tigar Incon for EUR 600,000.

Also on sale is 75% of the ownership in PI Kanal at the price of EUR 67.5 thousand, as well as Tigar Obezbedjenje at the price of EUR 2.8 million.

The public bidding for the Tigar business service, Tigar Ugostiteljstvo and Tigar Incon will take place on December 5, and for ownership in PI Kanal a day later at the premises of Tigar in Pirot.

The opening of bids for Tigar Obezbedjenje will take place on December 7.
