The Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Pozarevac-based Bambi (BMBI), held on September 9, approved all the proposed decisions, including a squeeze-out of remaining minority shares by the majority owner, the investment fund Mid Europa.

Minority shareholders, which own 4.5% of the total number of shares, will receive RSD 65,598 per share, which is the estimated value of the stock.

Mid Europa became the majority owner of Bambi last year, through a takeover bid process at RSD 58,618 per share, Wisebroker reports.
