Ljubljana chocolate in Guinness World Records

Ljubljana-based company Cokoladnica Cukrcek made the chocolate with the greatest proportions in the world, registering in the latest international edition of the Guinness World Records, reports Slovenian agency STA.
The giant chocolate consists of 28 thousand small ones and was made, measured and also mostly eaten at the chocolate festival in Radovljica, Slovenia.
A team of confectionery workers from Ljubljana worked on it for two weeks, putting 1,450 kilograms of chocolate into it.
The result was the officially largest chocolate ever made, 14 meters long and 10 meters wide.
With this feat, Ljubljana managed to squeeze out the former record holder, the Nadalina chocolate from the city of Split, with an area of 102 square meters, weighing “only” 800 kilograms.
Nadalina was made last year by the Split-based entrepreneur and musician Marinko Biskic on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of his company.
