Russian IT company arrives to Serbia – ICL Services to employ 150 IT experts

The Russian IT company ICL Services has opened a Belgrade office in the B2 building.

ICL Services, headquartered in Kazan, is a pioneer of professional IT outsourcing in Russia. The teams specialize in IT support for large companies, and among their core activities are Service Desk, field support, integration and monitoring of a client’s IT infrastructure, creation and implementation of software solutions and IT consulting, the company announced.

The company has been active in the international market since 2006 and nowadays has over 1,000 employees, who cooperate successfully with more than 50 big clients in 26 states and provide IT support service 24/7.

ICL Services Belgrade consists of 10 people at the moment, and according to the announcement, the director of the Belgrade office, Igor Katykov, plans to hire an additional 150 highly qualified IT experts in the next two and a half years.

The aim of ICL Services in Serbia is to create a new IT support base for the largest clients, Katykov points out and adds that the company would be ahead of the competition regarding work conditions and training options, business trips and advancement within the company.

ICL Services is also the winner of the Innovation Time award in the category of Technological Innovation of the Year. It has also placed on The Global Outsourcing 100 list created by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals.
