Galenika deadline extended again – Technical flaws to be amended by August 18

The commission in charge of carrying out the strategic partnership procedure for Galenika decided on August 15, 2016, to extend the deadline for amending the technical flaws in the documentation submitted within envelopes containing the bidders' data.

The deadline has been extended by two days, so the bidders, India's Cadila Pharmaceuticals Limited, Brazil's EMS S.A. and the Consortium Frontier Pharma Limited of Great Britain and LLC NPA Petrovax Pharm of Russia, are obliged to submit additional documentation by August 18, 2016.

After the deadline expires, the Commission will start opening the financial bids of those bidders who have submitted the documentation in line with the regulations of the strategic partnership procedure.
